Corporate Flooring for Partners Group Offices

This large-scale commercial project   involved the supply and installation of 2,500m² of 180mm x 20mm character grade oak planks, featuring a double-smoked and oiled finish.

Acoustic Underlay Installation:

Prior to laying the oak flooring, we installed 5mm acoustic underlay throughout the space to enhance sound insulation and underfoot comfort.

Efficient Project Management:

A dedicated team of 10–12 fitters, led by an experienced site foreman, ensured the seamless progression of works. Over 80 tonnes of materials were meticulously moved and distributed across the site to maintain workflow efficiency.

Timely Completion:

The entire flooring installation was completed within a four-week timeframe, adhering to the project's schedule and quality standards.

Final Finishing:

To prepare the floors for handover, a maintenance oil was applied over two evenings, enhancing the durability and aesthetic appeal of the oak surface.  Partners Group Corporate  Offices
