In this new build project, Dyfed Richards firstly laid a plywood subfloor which was bonded on top of a concrete screed which had an underfloor heating system within. This was followed by 200m² of Oak Parquet (280mm x 70mm x 10mm).

This floor was sanded and sealed using two coats of Osmo Hard Wax Oil.

We also clad a feature wall by the Solid Oak staircase and laid 50m² of wide 285mm x 20mm Multilayered Character Grade Oak with an Oiled finish.

Lastly we supplied and fitted 70m² of 189mm x 14mm Prime Grade engineered Oak onto the vaulted ceiling of the property. A lot of Oak, but it tied in very well with the Marble floors.
