Located at 7 Burlington Gardens, this historic Palladian mansion is the newest flagship gallery for the global brand, RH. This multi level luxury design showroom, art space and hospitality destination calls for high end and timeless design and materials. 

For Dyfed Richards, this large scale project involved the supply and installation of over 2,500m² of prime grade European oak flooring, incorporating both plank and herringbone formats, finished with a bespoke coloured lacquer.

Prior to laying the oak flooring, we installed 5mm acoustic underlay to all areas. Other areas required additional build ups, using plywood and latex, ensuring a stable, level and fully compliant substrate to achieve a flawless finish and long term performance.

Delivered over 3 months, a dedicated team of 5 fitters, led by our experienced site foreman and DRL Directors, ensured the works progressed efficiently and to programme. 

Throughout the installation, more than 100 tonnes of materials were carefully handled, transported and distributed across the site, maintaining workflow and minimising disruption.



The Perch Bar, located on level 2 and designed by Anouska Hempel, featured a bespoke black lacquer finish to complement the interior design concept, creating a striking aesthetic whilst providing a durable, protective finish suited to the demands of a busy bar environment.
